Hi, I’m Evelyn. I practice yoga through the physical and subtle bodies, with a focus on meditation and philosophy. I facilitate practices that are individualized, appropriate, safe, and beneficial for the individual. My goal is to help you become your own teacher so that you can find yoga beyond the mat and our time together.
I am certified to teach yoga (500-hour ISHTA Certified), meditation, and yoga nidra—a deep guided meditation practice that fosters full body relaxation to help release any tensions you may have: mental, physical, conscious, and unconscious.
The practice of yoga has been with me for over 18 years, and I am honored to share the benefits of the practice with you.
The journey inward and outward is endless, and coming together is an important part of this spiral journey of life and being. We are all already yogis at heart, we just have to realize it over and over again.
